Artist’s Note - Gara’s Rock

Gara Rock is the go-to place to visit on family holidays to Salcombe. The walk along the coast path to the hotel, with its wide views out to sea, is something I always associate with being away from everyday life and enjoying time with the family. This illustration is a quiet response to that landscape and those moments.
