Commissioned by the Field Studies Council, this illustration captures the grandure of Juniper Hall, which is a part of the National Trust’s Box Hill Estate. Now a environmental educational centre, the hall had various private owners including Thomas Broadwood (who built a piano for Beethoven) in 1815 and was renowned for it’s Cedar trees.
